my apartment has had problems since i've moved in. there was a bad freeze at the beguining of the year, which was when i found out that my heater didn't work. the only response that i got was a small space heater, that was broken too. then the summer months rolled around, and my a/c broke, just as it was getting hot. it is now september, and my a/c still doesn't work, and my electricity bill is over 150$ and the apartments refuse to do anything about it. not to mention that there was a double homicide a month ago, commited by a neigbor on our floor, that we repeatedly complained about being scandalous. drug dealers hanging out in the parking lot smoking pot infront of our building, asking my girlfriend for rolling papers as she walked by with her two kids (7 and 9). not tomention attitude from the front office --- guy who ushers us out every time we go into complain infront of perspective renters. i hate it here. i can't wait till my lease ends. i'd rather live in my car than stay another month here. oh, and one more thing, they signed us on for 550 a month, but some how, my rent has been climbing to the 600 dollar mark every month, which i can't get a straight answer on from anyone. and the pool smells like poop. they compensate by dumping clorine in, but it is all just too overwelming to even be in the pool area for me. i had a huge list of things that were wrong with tha apartment when i moved it, and they have yet to fix a single problem even as i am nearing the end of my 13 month lease. do not rent here. you will regret it.

A manager's response is laughable. We were in the leasing office at least 4 times a week for 9 months complaining about everything. They did absolutely nothing.Yeah the door's open, but nothing gets addressed. We didn't get compensated whatsoever for our electric bill being close to 200 dollars for 6 months, because of their lack of repairs. We left the apartment imaculate. On top of no concessions for our electric, they kept our deposit. I have full documentation of every complaint and correspondence with the tenant's association. Legal action is in the works. DO NOT RENT HERE. Hands down the worst apartment experience i have ever had.

I have documentations of everything that went wrong when I lived at that hell hole, they are still trying to get the money I owe according to them. They scammed me too many times for me to give a flying ---- they ain't getting no dime from me. Drug dealers roam everywhere in that complex, robbing folks, all the nine yards. they sure don't do a back ground check on the staff, I know. Word to the wise DON'T MOVE IN STAY AWAY NO MATTER HOW NICE IT IS IT'S A FACADE. All of the staff are ------- crooks.
