This is to let you know why this is the WORST run apartments I have EVER lived in!
1st- I moved in to an apartment that the trash from construction was all over the deck (2nd story) the sink disposal was broken and smelled like death 3 lights did not work and the peephole for the front door worked great because it was just a hole it was funny until 5 days later it was still just a hole so I stuffed Styrofoam in it this is after going to the "office" as well as 2 work orders that I think the second they get they must just laugh and put in the trash cause anytime you bring it up you get a "I'm sorry it must have been misplaced keep in mind this is the first 5 days. My brother and I would sit on the deck have a couple beer and bet on how many cop cars we would see that night. When asked if normal I got response crime is every where this is true but, the office before moving in boosts security gates and patrol guard that lives here in REALITY the guard gets half rent and could care less if you call and the gates have never worked with the keypad everyone including pizza delivery has the same code that's if is closed at all because the gates keep closing on cars denting them that is why they are tied open during the day but when it does close on you then you go to the "office" and are told they have no responsibility for the gates that is why there is a sign saying that management has no responsibility for damage done by gates so after calling the company that name is on the gates they inform you that they sell these gates and any malfunction is due to maintenance' SO if Bradford Pointe bought the gates are they not there's' If they are not responsible for damages who is' This is just 2 weeks into lease! THEN my brothers 3 year old was on the deck 2nd story floor with us when he pushed on the railing remember the trash left on the deck well they not only forgot to pick that up but also forgot to screw the railing back in if I had not been right there to grap the collar of his shirt he would have gone flying off they could add a 3 year old death to the homicides that are already on file but accidents do happen how could they be to blame for that!!!! So I said if that I could not be on a 1st floor because of safety issues I was going to terminate lease due to neglect of building safety the "management" flat out said NO WAY they would charge me for the full lease and I was not moving to a 1st floor at that point I informed them I wanted to get in touch with the owners legal rep. wow in 24 hours we went from no way in hell to maintenance workers will help me move to the 1st floor in 2 days pathetic if you ask me if my uncle was not a real estate lawyer I would have been screwed the thing that got me most was I was asked what my lawyer name was because management said I directly quote" just because usually lawyers don't want anything to do with such complexes and leases" this is so true and this place relies on that to keep doing what they do to keep lieing and stealing money from people that have no means to dispute it that why they rented here to begin with sucks for them I just needed a place short term and cheap for school BUT do have the means to dispute what goes on that's all the 1st month fast forward done with lease I have put in 5 yeah 5 work orders with the "OFFICE" for a broken dishwasher that has going to be replaced on Monday every time I filled a work order out after 5 months I'll wait the last month out not bother waisting the paper to just once again to be told it will be fixes next week. Not to mention the numerous times I have been told I owe money for things they can not even explain and will get back to me meanwhile the same person left 3 different times a eviction notice saying to vacate in 3 days or else just to walk down to the office to have them look on there computer and say it was a mistake maybe just maybe I would check that before leaving eviction notices' It's never ending now lease is up they say the letter I had wrote stating I'm out of here at end of lease is not in the MAGICAL folder they have and that they need that 2 months prior meanwhile there records had a year plus lease caus when you move apartments it usually extends it but because they where so nice to let me do that it should not have extended wow thanks they realized they had no choose at the time so on with that fight if you think it's just me take a walk thru the place ask ANYONE there that is not staff what they think oh and if you do not get a washer/dryer they are not responsible for non working machines they just lease them aka YOU'R SCREWED if you have that attitude apply for management

| As I just recently began as the Property Manager I cannot speak specifically for the majority of the concerns that have been brought up here. However, if anyone has any similar concern or questions I would be more than happy to address those individual situations.
