i can't worn people about this place enough. you'd think that with it's close location to acc that id' be full of hip young students. instead, there is a plethra of shady people, drug users, po-dunk trash of society. i think that the ghetto factor of metric is all centralized in this complex. the apartment staf is full of crooks. the maintainence men that i talked to even said that they hate the management staff. they care about getting you in the door and signing that contract. after that, your lucky if you get anything from the staff other that there hand waving infront of you saying you have all types of special fees and crap you need to pay up on. as long as you don't mind hating all the trashy gang bangers and hating where you live and how you feel waking up in the morning, then rent here, but don't think for a second that you weren't warned.
