We moved in here in April... we noticed these negative reviews on the website and almost didn't move in. To be honest my other half is going back to school for his masters and we can't afford to buy the house we were going to as a result... We have had a fantastic experience...

On the weekends and after hours we have had to call for AC, Sink and various other issues and they have all been fixed that day or at least a work around (garbage disposal, they got the sink working) was in place until the next business day.

We pay our rent on time... never late. Bring our new puppy by the office to visit. It has been a great experience. We lived in Balcones Woods before here... and the service for problems in the apartment just wasn't this good!

That place is ALWAYS under new management. We live d there for 4 years and they was "new management" every 6 mo. at least. Thats probably why the staff is so rude, they hate it there just as much as the residents!!! The maintenance was never the problem, all of the other crap was!

That response makes no sense. Managers can post responses to postings and most times do. This place from what we have been told is under new management and has done a terrific job. I would be hard pressed to find better service from any of the places that I have lived previously.

Wow. Talk about calling a pig a thoroughbred! I lived in this dump back when it was Gentry's Walk (few years ago), and reading through these current reviews has convinced me that the major issues (crime, no hot water/heat in the winter time, noise, repair times that are measured on a geological scale) are still ever present. I hated this place so much, I can't wait for it's inevitable collapse into the maw of hell where I will stand on the edge of the caldera and piss on the ruins. Seriously, all this place is missing is a few free-range chickens, picnic tables full of crack addicts, mangy pit bulls crying for another fetid Popeye's drumstick, more half-naked toddlers that have never known the pleasure of daily hygiene, and a few more fat teenage moms complaining about their baby's daddy and his spending of the welfare money on dominoes, lottery tickets, black & milds, and cold 40's. "Property Manager"? Pfft. Enjoy your title because you're little more than a scapegoat with signature authority.
