No joke the staff and management are nice to ya 'til you lease then their real colors come out straight up playa hatin money graspin crooks. To management don't send no reply you know I ain't no sucka been around the block a time or two. Don't want your sweet -------- responses trying placate me it ain't happenin drop the pretenses you sit in the lap of luxury while the people dat's renting your ----ed up no good cheap ass -------- apartments SUFFER. A word to the wise DON'T MOVE TO BRADFORD,unless you want a big ---- in ya hollering mo money. Everything is cheaply done ya ain't got no water to bathe and ---- the maintance staff are the worst -------- around all the time while on the job don't get nothing done. The swimming pool is actually a cesspool, you don't know what kinds of diseases are lurking in that Water, (YUCK). Ha what a laugh saying that ---- gets done well HELLO motha ------- if that was the case wouldn't you get better ratings. Dumb as a bucket of shrimp. I wasn't born at night nor last night. You know that there is a major crime up at Bradford man I had fools knocking at my door 24/7 to know where the drugs were at. Hell peeps if ya like getting ----ed in the ass be my guest live there it's the place for ya. AC, GOOD ------- LUCK having that done in a timely fashion when its in the 100's outside. Crime has a place to nest at Bradford for sure, they don't care if your place gets robbed and all your ---- gets jacked that you yourself worked long and hard to get they don't give a ----. Police are up in there 24/7. I should know I have friends at APD, they tell me all sorts of things because Hell I used to live there.DAMN, I am sure glad I am outta there. What needs to happen is they bulldoze that motha ------ for sure send it straight to hell. The ----- runs that place poorly managed and run, damn what a shame. Hell, I got suckered into moving in that ------- dump got out with a quickness. I'M tellin ya real don't move there you'll regret it

As these comments were made by someone that lived here over 6 years ago, I am comfortable saying that a lot has changed! I cannot speak for the management company at that time, but Venterra Realty strives to achieve complete customer satisfaction. We have policies for both our residents and our employees to follow and anytime those policies are not followed, we work quickly to resolve the issue. The City of Austin completes yearly pool inspections and ours occurred last week, with no violations. Air conditioning systems not working properly are a top priority when the outside temperature is above 80 degrees. Any and all suspicious activity (of which there is not much) observed by staff or reported to the office is passed on to our Courtesy Officer who lives on site. If necessary, that information would also be passed on to APD. Again, I cannot speak for how the community was managed 6 years ago but I can say with great confidence that we're a great place to call home now!

I lived in this dump back when it was Gentry's Walk (few years ago), and reading through these current reviews has convinced me that the major issues (crime, no hot water/heat in the winter time, noise, repair times that are measured on a geological scale) are still ever present. I hated this place so much, I can't wait for it's inevitable collapse into the maw of hell where I will stand on the edge of the caldera and piss on the ruins. Seriously, all this place is missing is a few free-range chickens, picnic tables full of crack addicts, mangy pit bulls crying for another fetid Popeye's drumstick, more half-naked toddlers that have never known the pleasure of daily hygiene, and a few more fat teenage moms complaining about their baby's daddy and his spending of the welfare money on dominoes, lottery tickets, black & milds, and cold 40's. "Property Manager"? Pfft. Enjoy your title because you're little more than a scapegoat with signature authority.

I was told by residents who have lived here through both Gentry's Walk management and the current management company and they say there is no comparison. "bombilla42" have you been to Bradford Pointe in the last few years. I don't think so, because if you had you would not be writing stuff like this.

This review stands even today. The name of the management company might have change but the same issues still exist. Management is not good at all and maintanace takes along time to get things done and when they come they still don't fix things right. Of course this management team will blame the old management because that the only excuse they can come up with. They need stop giving excuses and giving apologies for not doing their work and start doing it or go away and let someone that is willing to work do the job!.
