Not the place to call home

I informally gave my notice eight months before my lease expired, stating that if they made things right I would stay. Eight months later they still had not done anything to make me want to stay. In fact the place has become a lot worse.
1. Water was turned off on a regular basis with little to no notice-once right before Thanksgiving, again just before New Year's Eve. It would stay off for hours if not all day.
2. While this place is advertised as a secure residence, one section does not have gates/fencing at all and the gates that are there are routinely broken.
3. The parking spots are so narrow that your vehicle will get dinged by other cars a lot. There is also no enforcement when vehicles take mulitple spots.
4. My bathroom had mold which you could see bleeding through the paint when the steam accumulated.
5. The pool not by the office is constantly having issues. The week before I moved the water was emerald green instead of blue.
6. You share a water heater and I rarely had hot showers.
7. The air vents seem to be connected. I could tell when my upstairs neighbor was smoking pot because I could smell it through the vents when my air came on.
8. The particle board cupboards are falling apart to the point that when the baseboards detached they had to be re-attached with caulk as they physically could not be re-attached with nails/screws.
9. Neighbors are getting extremely sketchy-looking. I actually saw one of my neighbors looking into multiple cars one evening before he went into his apartment while I was going to the dumpster. They also appear to be renting to a lot more "welfare is a life-style choice" types-probably due to a high number of vacancies on the property.
10. Neighborhood kids are constantly running around the complex unsupervised.
