I've lived here for almost a year. Its not that great here, the only thing they have going for them is the location and the price. But i heard it was going up, and im not sure how much it is now for new residents.
The heater didnt work for almost the entire cold season. Didnt help that there was only one heater and its in the living room area. I left a note on the manager's office but no one came to fix it. My roomate and I had to fix it ourselves, and the cold season was almost over by the time we fixed it.
I thougt the manager was creepy, im a guy but i asked some of the girls that lived here and they agreed. When i signed the lease with my roomate, the manager talked about wanting to update the pool area (talkin about wanting to lease apts to hot girls)and i heard he would go into girls' apts for no good reason. eww
