This place really isn't bad. I live on the second floor so the roaches have not been a problem. In the last two years, I've only seen two roaches in my apartment and I am right on the lake. It's a little pricey but I have a great view so I'd say its worth it. Mary, the manager, is great along with all the other employees! They're always organizing parties for us with free food and prizes. I havn't had any problems with security or safety but it might be because my apartment is farther from the street. Though, I believe any complex close to a major intersection can have its share of crime. Overall, I like living here and would recommend it.
