Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
My wife and I lived at the Breaker's for 3 years ever since arriving in Austin. Moving from a house, we were expecting difficulties. This was NOT the case. Mary and her staff were always available and did their best to accommodate our concerns. The pool, computer room, excerise room, and other common areas were always well maintained. Fire extinguishers, heating filters, pest control, etc were always done on a timely basis.
We would highly recommend this complex. In addition to the staff, the location can't be beat. If being close to downtown, Town Lake, the Interstate, and bus routes are important, this fits the bill-100%
