Nice facility and grounds. Had an issue with a loud neighbor playing music plugged in to an amp at 3 am, but otherwise pleasant neighbors. Living on the second floor avoided roaches, but I had a problem with fruit flies because I lived by a big tree. Once I told the office they came and sprayed and the problem resolved. The best part for me was the free workout room and decent pool with a gorgeous view of the lake. The rent is going up though, which doesn't affect me because I'm moving out but always something to consider.
