I lived here for 3 years and it was great! The management is helpful and if you have any problems with the apartment the maintenance staff has a great turn around time. One of the best things is that you CANNOT hear your neighbors! Since it's an older complex, the walls are very thick and I never heard a sound from next door or the apartment above me. If the entry/exit gates malfunctioned, management had someone there almost immediately to fix it. The grounds are well maintained and the pool has an amazing view of Town Lake. I would highly recommend this complex--very affordable, big floorplans, and very friendly management!!!

QUIET?! The traffic on 35 is awful! Unless you live in the bldg. by the lake, you're screwed! And the gates?!?! they seem to be busted all the time. It takes maintenance 3-4 days to go out and fix the gates and when they do, it's always of poor workmanship that they have to go back out multiple times b/c the homeless can bend the bars back open. Either these bums are from another planet and have super human strength or the maintenance work just sucks. I know I can rule out the super human part. Hmmmmmm....that leaves one option left.
