Not so a good a place to live at!

When my wife and I first moved in, we were told the water bill was allocated. They also gave us a "low" end of the water bill average and a "cap" (aka the high end). Our water bill has ALWAYS been at the high end, even though we are rarely home, do not have a washer or dryer and NEVER use the dishwasher. the majority of our showers are done at the gym. Now I get a water bill for $56!!!
Management lies to you before you sign the lease so they can sucker you in! Sandy is VERY rude and unsympathetic!! They claim to have an "onsite security". LIES! There's a sheriff you lives on site and does NOTHING but stick his nose in your business when something does happen. He does NO patrolling. Just because he lives there, does not mean he's an onsite patrol officer!
Save your money and move somewhere that is actually going to respond to your comments/complaints. Just my .02.
