My mom sold our house in California (with THE BIG BACKYARD!)and we drove to Austin, Tx. I thought living in an apartment would be pretty bad, but I think Town Lake is WAY COOL! My mom really liked having the lake as her view (only 20 ft. in front of our apt.) and we visited EVERYONE, including Sandi and Mary, the wonderful ladies who manage the Breakers. We are sad to leave here. Try it, I think you'll like it!
