Overpriced for the quality received. Due to new management, you will now also be charged a flat water, sewage, gas, and trash fee.....with no reguard to how much you actually used, just an end figure divided between the all residents; so the staff can put a little more money in their pockets. No security, ultra-small laundry facilities, and plenty of shady vehicles/people floating around. For more info, please visit Austin Police Department's website and search for the crime in this neighborhood in the past couple of years. You might be suprised.
