Take it from me, a native English speaker who's also an American citizen (b/c seemed half the time I was the minority there), this place reeks of a bad deal.

The only way I got out of the place was to break the lease after there was a fire..yess...FIRE..they lost my dog, they charged me AFTER the fire for damages to the carpet from the firemen coming in and only after I involved my lawyer, did they back off and let us move in.

Monica and the lady who's the daughter of the owner were shisty..big time.

Tub problems, loud noise, crappy electric bills b/c of the horrible A/C, dishwasher not working ever (unless, and we were told this by management as offical response, we used generic dishwasher cleanser that didn't foam too much), and the place was just over all gross.

Location is great but so is under the brigde at 35 and Riverside..not much difference except one costs more.

Live here at your own expense. Oh, btw, watch out for wandering people knocking on doors...they even put signs up, how thoughtful to warn you of the trash that comes around...
