The management is very nasty. They run Point SOuth Apts as well and are really nice till you sign the lease but the moment you are locked in they have no time for you.

Huge pest problem! Pest control seems unable to manage the problem! My airconditioner was not working for months and they just kept changing the filter and not fixing it. I ended up with a electric bill for $180! The pool has been leaking and the whole place stinks of mildew!

I think they abuse students because they know we don't have time to deal with them legally!

Noise is a serious problem with car alarms going off every night at odd hours!

Rent is cheap but not worth it at all keep looking!
