I swear to God... if you rent at this place you are the dumbest person alive. This apartment complex should have more bad reviews, but I'm sure people get so fed up with this place they don't even want to voice their opinions. But, after living here you realize that even if you voice your opinion it wont matter anyway...maintinance and the management don't do ANYTHING except play sand volleyball and twiddle their thumbs!!!! They totally take advantage of students and people who don't understand their rights as leasors. The only reason our apartment got its leaks fixed was b/c we went to the leasing commission. I can't even tell you all the problems we had with this apt complex...AC, leaks, mold, Fridge leaks and doesn't freeze, holes in walls caused by maintance, bugs, chimney falling in on us, uneven floor, cracked and shaky balcony, dripping sinks, no seals on windows and doors, outragous bills...horrible upkeep of surroundings, break ins to cars and apt, rude management. You might get cheap rent but thats the only thing you get. Don't expect anything from this apartment complex other than hell. If I would have known my apt would have sucked this bad I would have never moved in...RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! The ambulance and fire truck is ALWAYS across the street. Pay cheap prices, Live in the Ghetto, BE GHETTO....you decide if you want to live here....Good luck
