despite the apartment complex being in a bad area of town, i never felt unsafe living here. The other residents were nice, friendly college students that kept to them selves. The building itself, however does suck. Foundation problems have caused there to be gaps under the entry doorway, which leaves us with inadequate heating or cooling of the apartment, just barely to get by. The rent is cheap. And just like any other apartment you may rent, there is a roach problem and the walls are paper thin. I never had a problem with the management after living here for a year (we will see however, when they send the bill after we have vacated). The maintanence usually got to the place to fix the problem the very day i called it in. There was just one time where it took them a day to respond, but other than that they were quick with responding. If you are looking for a cheap and temporary place to live, then i would recommend Bridge Hollow.
