True the rent was relativly cheap for a place this size, but at whaat cost to your happiness' First off, I've got to say that if I see one more GIGANTIC roach running over my wall, I think I'm going to hurl. I'm tired of setting of roach gas bombs and hosing down the floor with Raid...it's almost as if the maintence people are spraying sugar water instead of insecticide.

Managment was rude, demeaning, and unreliable. Things were constantly breaking down in my house and whenever I called they were always "sending someone to check it out." Since when does "sending someone to check it out" take 2 weeks'

The people there were a bit shady, mainly at night though. I did witness one car theft in the parking lot directly behind us...APD wasn't fast enough. Makes me happy my car is so ugly.

Also when it rained the front door would swell so big that sometimes I wouldn't be able to pull it open until the next day....very unsafe.
