OK, this place sucks. I've never been more dissatisfied with a place like this before. The management isn't as helpful as they seem in the beginning. You go down to the office to tell them about your broken heater, and the promise to have a person out there the next day...yeah...right. Try a week or two.

Also the bills are divided by the number of people living in the entire building...totally unfair, seeing as how my neighbor had 8-9 people living in her place at one time.

Also, BUGS, BUGS,BUGS, BUGS. I HATE roaches..HATE them...but lucky for me, this place had plenty of them..yeah...lucky me.

Also the front door would swell whenever it rained and I'd be trapped in my apartment until the swelling went down. The floor was slanted, the walls were paper thin, and spongy in some areas.

Don't waste your money here.
