I read all the other reviews and I don't agree with everything. I have lived here for almost two years and I live in Point South for a year. The walls are paper thin, you will here the honking of your neighbors at all hours, you will get honked/whistled at (if you're a girl) while walking your dog, and you will listen to loud music. Other than that, I haven't had any problems with the apartment other than the roof leaks right outside of our door. It does well for a cheap place...
