The apartment itself is not that bad but I will not be renewing. I feel like this is the one nice-ish apartment complex in a sea of trashy ones... therefore bad area. I don't feel very safe here. The drive in gates are open all day long. There are pedestrian gates that the code has never been changed for in the almost year I've lived here that I see sketchy things happening by. And the white fence that separates this complex from the one behind it is frequently jumped over by residents of that complex. I realize a lot of these are things the apartment can't help but it is still a fairly sketchy place to live. DO NOT park your cars outside on the road over night. Not only was my car and an other person's car hit and ran on, there is a car break in nearly every week. I would also not recommend walking in by yourself at night... especially if you are a female.
So safety is an issue here, especially right outside the gates... however the apartments aren't too bad. They are definately not brand new and fancy, but for what you pay for them they are more than adequate. The floorplans and pretty spacious and cheap. I have had to call maintenance several time and they were always very prompt and extremely nice. The pool is okay, nothing special, but always clean which is a nice change from some apartment pools. Overall, a very decent complex for the price... I would just not reccommend it to a girl living on her own. Be wary of your surroundings.
