This place is not all that nice but for the price, it's not THAT bad. The office staff have all been nice with the exception of 1 or 2 of the women that work there, and I think one of them is gone now. The maintenance staff have been very responsive. The area of the city is not one of the safest for sure. Also, the outside lighting is poor in the dark. There is a lot of car vandalism in this complex, according to the APD website. Overall though, it's ok with us due to the rent being relatively low compared to the rest of Austin. Now, if they could just get rid of the ROACHES!

She's telling the truth. I'm a resident there and live cleanly. We have had Roaches since we moved in. I've NEVER!!!! had roaches before in my life!!!!
