Not the worst, not the best.

I lived here for a short while after escaping a miserable experience at another complex.
My main complaint would be the car break in's. I think the gate should be removed, as it serves no purpose.
The pool is very nice. So nice that everyone in a 10 mile radius comes to swim in it and they bring their friends. The management could care less. I guess if some small child drowns and does not live there, they don't mind being responsible. At no time that I lived here did the hot tub work (or was that an algae farm').
My roomate and I moved a month before the move out date. We cleaned off and on during this time for about a total of 10 hours cleaning. Then we got charged for items that we had reported being damaged during move in. Yet the complex could not locate our move-in form, claiming that we'd never turned it in. And yes, the staff is extremely unpleasent and whatever you do, don't bother them with your questions, they have future tenants they are busy scamming into signing a lease.
The apartment itself' Not bad at all. Nothing broke while living there, and we even got an ice maker installed!
Neighbors in my complex were pretty nice.
Quick access to downtown fun, but definately a crime infested area.
