Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I lived here in 2002 and I HATED IT!!!!! At first the complex was filled with PROSTITUTES and DRUG DEALERS(you think I'm Kidding). I was scared to walk my dog. My husband would not let me leave the house without pepperspray. Towards the end of our lease our apt was broken into and I woke up with a hispanic man standing over me in nothing but his boxers! After my husband chased him out of the apartment it took the police 3 hrs to get there, and the "security" officer couldn't do anything. The office staff was WRETCHED and had no sympathy. They even admitted to knowing that he was a criminal, and shouldn't really be there... But yet they would let us out of our lease OR work with us at all. All they wanted was our money!
Funny how they changed their name to "Brookstone" so they can't be found in searches like these! Check out their crime statistics at http://malford.ci.austin.tx.us/police/apt_neighbor/apts_res
