Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
When the soap dispensor on my dishwasher was broken, they replaced the DW.
It's $600 for a 2-1 with free cable/water/gas/sewage/waste
If you get someone to live here you get $100 off your rent.
There are a lot of people who aren't originally from the US...They are all hard workers and cause very little problems...
Most of them have families, so don't live here if you don't like a lot of really really cute kids running around.
This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The managment is quick and fair.
The location is perfect for everything you could want to do.
