I do not recommend living in these apartments. Unless you want to share your apartment with roaches, rats and drunks hanging outside thumping their music at all hours of the night. You think that the owners would be able to hire a security night guard, with all the money they are saving by hiring people with no social security numbers and having a one person office to run evertyhing and anything that happens there. No wonder they can never keep a manager for over 6-7 months.
