I've been at Camden Amber Oaks for about 3 months now. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and maintenance team. My leasing agent, Shane, has been wonderful. He knows me by name and has always been very assertive. They were also very generous in allowing me to split up my pet deposit. The apartment itself is very very nice. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, beautiful bathroom, and 2 inch blinds. The location is great too... Right off of Parmer and Toll 45, but you would never know where it was unless you saw the Camden signs pointing you in the direction. The community is very well kept -- wonderful landscaping, plenty of dog stations to clean up after your doggy, and very well lit. The workout room is fantastic. They have wonderful equipment, and surprisingly it is hardly ever crowded in there. The door-to-door trash pick up is awesome too!
