I lived there for a year in 2004, there are positives and negatives about living there. First off, the deposit off 100.00 non-refundable or 400.00 refundable' is a strange concept. When I renewed a 6 month lease they offered to put in two cieling fans, which I appreciated. My biggest problem was the boom-boom car stereos of one or two neighbors adn that my car was broken into, so beware of the class of people here. Month to month rent was rediculously high.
