No complaints, hate to leave! From: ratingcamdem Date posted: 9/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Overall, especially for the location and price, this is a really great place. The complex was probably built in the 1970's, so they are dated as far as decor, however they're clean. Impressed how clean the complex stays, no trash, good upkeep of landscaping and grounds, pool always sparkling clean, and unless you happen to get an apartment next to the highway, it's very quiet and comfortable. Neighbors friendly, working class and mind their business. Have never felt unsafe, and I spend an average of two weeks a month travelling, don't worry about security when I'm gone. Staff, now matter how busy, have always been very pleasant and helpful, and I've never been given misinformation. I have paid WAY more to live in new complexes with terrible half-ass, too-busy-to-be-bothtered-staff. This isn't resort sytle living, but it's just as comfortable, clean and friendly as it's going to get for the price, or probably even when you're paying more.
