While the apartment and complex is modern and appealing, the staff and experience my roommate and I have had is horrible. Before moving in the leasing agent and everyone in the office seemed genuinely nice but after moving in, everything changed. The first night we moved in our downstairs neighbors banged on the ceiling at the first chance possible. They continued the banging when the shower was turned on later in the night. Since that night, they have banged a countless number of times and we have received at least 10 noise complaints (granted we haven't been written up yet). The walls and floors/ceilings are paper thin and it also seems our neighbors have very sensitive hearing. The neighbors are friends with everyone in the office as well as everyone in our building so it seems like they have the advantage in this situation. Please don't be fooled into believing these are the greatest apartments, because trust me, the experience I've had is the worst.

Edit: I had a member of the staff come to my door yesterday and accuse me of a noise complaint from 3am the night before. We were all asleep by 12:30 and when I told her that she proceeded to yell at me and was very rude and disrespectful. We will definitely not be renewing our lease!
