I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease, which went DOWN $40 - can't beat that. The rent for my size apt was originally $800, but I rent it for $675 (lots of specials). I have the larger one bedroom apartment and think that is plenty big for someone living alone.
LIKES: Appearance of exterior and landscaping and pool area is wonderful; parking is plentiful (back apt); maintenance is timely and has fixed my problems (2 in a year - one caused by birds nest); staff knowledgable; secured grounds with gate; nice cabinetry (not the cheap wood); quiet - never been a problem; garden tub . . . .
DISLIKES: small parking spaces; adequate storage; cheap plaster on some of the walls which crumbles when i drill things, AC & heat are loud from the storage closet . . .
Overall, i think this is a great place to live and have been really happy with my time here . .the location is nice, but not too busy of an area, which is a good thing.
