Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived here for a year in a HUGE 1/1 - seriously a large apt, and not just by Austin standards. Living in this complex made the fact that I was stuck in an apartment not seem so bad. The tenants were all nice, no loud parties, no screaming children, etc. The walls were all thick (or else my neighbors were just nonexistent) and everything worked perfectly the whole time I was there.
Highly recommended... would live there again if I had to be in an apt.
