I've lived here since January of 2003, and have not made a single maintenance call. The staff knows my name every time I go in (which is less than once a month), and they are very friendly. This is a very quiet place. I never heard any parties or loud children, or really anything from another apartment. Also, very reasonably priced compared to others in the area, especially for being the best. Parking can be an issue, just depends on the building. The pool is very big, but there is no hot tub. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live. You would be hard pressed to find a better, friendlier staff who appreciates you being their tenant and will go the extra mile for you. I would renew my lease for sure if I was not relocating to go to school. Come here, live happy!
