This place has it's up's and down's like any apartment complex. The only huge concern is the parking. As much as they charge for rent, I don't see why they can't just build more parking areas. If you come home after 6pm, don't bother parking even remotely close to your building. The community is gated, yet that doesn't stop many visitors from rushing through it and taking up parking. The fitness center is more like a "buy it out of a magazine type". It is not state-of-the art, and the stationary bike doesn't even work. As for saftey, I spoke with a few residents and two of them have had their vehicles broken into, but that happens anywhere. On the up side to everything, the apartments are large, spacious, and well insulated, unless your right by the road, then you can hear everything. The pool and the landscaping are well kept. Overall, this place is good place to live, just be aware of the parking issue.
