I've lived at Camden for almost two years now but will be moving out at the end of my lease. I mostly dislike the area (very commercial and bland). The apartments look like any of the other three or four in the area. If you are looking for a place with quite a bit of space and fairly new carpet, paint, etc, this is a good place. The apartment feels clean and airy--lots of light, etc. The insulation is not so great. I hear everything from the apartment above me, and the office doesn't do much to enforce the sound ordinance. The staff seems nice, but it's all very salesman-like (if you know what I mean). Parking stinks. Definitely not a good place for grad students or people who like the quiet. Overall, though, the complex offers decent prices and alot of quality space.
