I lived there for 4 years. When I moved out, they called the City of Austin and had my utility shut-off date extended 12 days beyond the expiration date of my lease. They pretended to be me when they called - all they need is your TDL number or SSN - which they have once you move in. They lie! They cheat, they steal. Management does not help you at all once you move in. You will be disrespected and mistreated in every dealing with staff and/or management. Guaranteed. Look elsewhere.
