I have lived at Camden for a year and a half and so far everything has been great. The mangement is really nice. I always get greeted by name when I walk in the door to the office. I've had a few maintenance problems but the staff is very quick to fix it. If they can't fix it in the same day they will notify me.
As for noise I haven't heard any. The only noise I hear is from the street but that's just cuz my bedroom faces Metric.
The only down side to this place is that parking does suck. I luckily got a covered parking spot so, now I don't have a problem but before it would frustrate the hell out of me.
Overall I really love living here. I've lived in four other apartments and I hated all of them. This is the only place where I was happy to renew my lease.
Oh yeah and all my friends love my place too. Especially my garden tub. I love taking baths!
