When you renew your lease camden is forcing you to sign up for $45/month for Time Warner Cable. This is a great new amenity it seems - interesting when you consider water is not included in rent! They will tell you that you are getting a great rate; don't be fooled - Time Warner is offering many specials that are significantly cheaper.

I have had issues with management in the past. The people in the front office are rude and behave like they are doing you a favor each time you go in to ask for what is part of the contract anyway.

There are many choices. Don't live here.

I wanted to move in at Camden in December, when my mind was changed by the way I was greeted there. My wife and I were looking to find a new appartment, and honestly we were treated better by leasing consultants of appartments rated far lower than this property. I did not write a review of the experience back then, however a recent event outraged me. I work in sales for an electronics company, and recently, when trying to approach the property management I was rudely asked to leave. The reason was not the fact that they did not find our product useful or outside their budget, but because the office manager did not like my "salesmanship". I was not aware that business is done based on pride and on what a person in high position feels like. All in all I was just doing my job.

If they treated me like that, a potential colaborator, I don't even want to think of how they treat their residents - who by the way are under a 15 month lease contract to start with (when I tried to lease there it was ridiculosly more expensive to move in, unless you signed a 15 month contract).
