When i moved in (around 2003) the Manager then was awesome. She was nice and helpfull and great to work with. Then she got transfered or fired and they got the new manager, I think her name was Deborah. Ever since then it went straight down hill. She started jacking up the prices every chance she could. She even doubled the garage spaces and the car ports over night. They enetered my apartment multiple times with out ever warning me ahead of time or calling to let me know and would just leave a random note in a random place saying maintainence was in your apartment with no explination as to why. I had them add notes saying if they were to enter my apartment to tell me or call me ahead of time and they never did. The sprinkler system leaked in my ceiling, the windows all leaked when it rained, when the people below me smoked the smell and smoke some how kept seaping into my apartment. The front security gates into the parking lot were never working. There is NO Where near enough parking around building in the 20's. You have to park way in the back and walk to your building. The out going mail slots kept getting broken in to and instead of upgrading them with stronger metal ones they just told residents to go down the street and drop their mail off at the post office. I had to complain to the BBB and Texas Renters Association a number of times due to them entering my apartment with out warnings. The actual main maintainence guy was nice and very helpfull but the management needed to be fired. Every time they would get a nice leasing agent working there she was gone with in weeks thanks to the manager i'm sure. Over all, i loved the apartment. The layout was awesome, the price and location were perfect, but the management needed to be let go. The original manager was great compared to the lady who took over.

I lived there a few years ago and I had the same problem with maintenance entering without any warning! One time I was home and in the shower! I was completely mortified and extremely pissed off. I don't know who the manager think she is to enter somebody's home for no good reason. It's breaking and entering with a license!
