I'm moving out this month because I have to relocate to South Austin. I'm sad about it because this place has been pretty much problem free. No appliance issues, no AC problems, no bugs, nothing like that. The one problem I had was with some upstairs neighbors who NEVER slept, but the office staff were really good to me about that and the people ended up moving out so I'm not sure what happened there... Yesterday there was a wasp in my room (my fault - I had left the patio door open for my dog), and I got really scared and ran over to the office, and they had a maintenance man here within about three minutes to kill it for me. Everyone here has been good natured, with no exception. I especially love that washers and driers are included in all the units, and the garden tubs.

The only problem I can see is that it might be getting slightly more "ghetto," especially recently. But actually, I have read that on a lot of apartment reviews, so I think that might just be Austin in general. :)

I feel very safe here (and if you don't, there's a police station practically across the street so that should help some).
