The management is not at all helpful. Cannot explain simple things to you. Cannot figure out the difference between move-in date and renewal date. Maintenance will tell you that you do not know how to run a dishwasher rather than fix it. If you drive anything bigger than a SmartCar, good luck parking after 6 pm. Once a neighbor (or the trash people) broke a glass bottle on the stairs and the glass stayed there for close to two weeks. Not nearly as nice of a community as you would think...
