The never ending changing of the guard gets worse and worse. Employees cannot answer simple questions. Appliances are old and do not work - but staff will tell you that you do not know how to use them rather than fix them. If you get home after 5:30 on a weekday, good luck parking. There is usually trash all over the place that does not get picked up for days, including broken glass on stairs.
