I have lived here for about 4 months now and I really enjoy it. The only reason I am contemplating moving is because I want to move to a smaller apartment that is closer to work.

I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and the apartment is good size. I live by myself so I really don't need this size of a place.

I have had a few minor maintenance issues, and the techs were there to fix them within 24 hours (sometimes 15 minutes after I called)

Sara, the property manager, is so pleasant and a great person to deal with.

The parking is great. I have never had a problem finding a place to park, and most of the time it is right near my entrance.

I can hear my neighbors peridocially, but it is mostly when I hear the showers running.

The grounds are beautiful, the mowing people are there quite often.

I have never had to worry about my safety. A few times (by accident) i left my apartment door unlocked, and I wasn't worried.

I have recommended this complex to many people. I wish it wasn't so far from work :(
