It's not the newest or shiniest, and it doesn't have a gym or fancy concierge service and such, but it is tidy, pleasant, conveinent, and an excellent value.

The residents are quiet and genial, and the staff are friendly and nice to deal with. Maintainence has been timely and professional, and the grounds always look sharp. There's always a spot to park, although finding it may be a chore at certain hours.

There's currently a bevy of improvements underway; the tennis court has been spiffied up, with a new basketball hoop thrown in for good measure. The pool was refinished, and now the apartment buldings themselves are getting a facelift. I expect rent to increase a bit due to these developments, but it would have to positively skyrocket in order to sour me on this place.
