I've lived here for only 4 months so far but I really like it here. The apartments are nice and taken care of, I moved in to brand new carpet. I moved from a three bedroom house to a one bedroom apartment so I love all the extra storage and shelf space we have here to stash all the stuff we didn't have a place for. i love the built in book shelves. I've had two minor maintenance issues that were taken care of by the next day. The staff is very friendly and courteous and have helped me whenever asked. It's pretty quiet and I only hear people when they are standing right outside my door (I'm on the bottom floor right at the stair case) I like the location and neighborhood and there's easy access to 183, Mopac and Parmer. The grocery store is right next store and I usually just walk there. I've just moved to austin from a smaller town so I can't compare it to other Austin apartments but it does have everything I need. And I feel very safe here. If a problem occurs, management takes care of it.

The only con I can think of is the rent. The asking rent for a new tenant changes often depending on demand so although I feel I got a pretty good price when I signed the lease, my rent may be dramatically different for the same size apartment than someone who signed a lease today. So you gotta hope you catch it at a good rate.
