I have been living here for 6 months and it has been pretty decent so far. I moved from out of state so I was not familiar with the area. The apartment is located in a decent area and is easily accessible. This is not a new complex, it has a pool and tennis court as the extra amenities. When I was moving here there were certain things I wanted to know about so here goes:
Apartment: Two bedroom/Two bathroom adequate space for all my stuff. At first I thought it wouldn't hold but everything fit comfortably and the storage on the patio/balcony was great for the extra boxes I didn't want to unpack. The refrigerater, stove and microwave are not the newest but it works.
Utilities: Basic Cable with HBO is included in the rent so you don't have to pruchase cable unless you want more channels. My water bill averages around $45/month. Electric in the summer is around $110 because of the airconditioner but I turn it off during the days when I am at work.
Management: The staff is pleasant enough and repairs have been made promptly. I have seen some "bugs" (on the ground floor so they do get in) pest control is on the premises once a week and took care of the problem.
Other tenants: Its fairly quiet, have no problems with the neighbors, and the children around are not unruly.
Best feature: The grocery store is literally next door and can be walked to.
Worst: Some folks don't pick up after their dogs!!! No covered parking so beware during a hailstorm.
Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced, not filled with amenities, clean apartment in a good area, then this could be for you.

I was trying to be PC but they were roaches, about 3 of them and they were all dead when I saw them but I wasn't taking any chances and had them spray the place.
