My roomate and I have been living in the Alexan Apartments for about a year and a half now. In that time period we have experienced flood damage, excessive noise(and we are not ones to complain about noise), and poor service from the office staff. Last night the Fire Alarm went off for about 3 hours, starting around 1:00 am. ALthough there was no fire at all. The appartments are built in a way that the bedrooms and garage are only seperated by a thin piece of window glass, so you hear everything that comes out of it. About once a week there will be a fight or screaming match, or something that sounds like a drag race coming from the parking garage. There is also no guest parking, so people who come to visit get the privelege of also visiting the tow yard that same night, b/c they will relentlessly tow anything they can. This is only the beginning. The Alexan appartments, a complete rip off!!!! Terrible! Terrible!!! Terrible!!!
