If it were not for the location, this would be one of the worst places to live in Austin. We have had many problems with our apartment to this point, which doesn't include a flood upon first moving in. Calculation errors on rent payments have been ridiculous to say the least. It has been a source of great annoyance to have to continously go to the office to review our rent payments, when the only thing happening was a miscalculation on a spreadsheet. As has been said in the other posts, the parking situation borders on ridiculous. There is a parking garage here that could easily hold all of the tenants cars, their siblings cars, their guest cars, and still have many empty spaces. But the need to pad the pockets of the complex by towing cars is unbearable. Not to mention the fact that the visitor parking lot has a gigantic dumpster taking up 8 spaces. So don't plan on having anyone over last minute, their car will be gone soon. Don't try to leave the complex onto congress either, the traffic coming from the attached starbucks precludes any vision of oncoming traffic.

If you like yard work and blowers going off before 7 AM right outside your window, this is the place for you. If you want use ziploc bags for your trash, because the size of the trash hatch is only big enough to fit one freezer bag, by all means sign a lease. Want to make sure your friends dont want to visit your place, head on over.
