Here?s a letter I sent to managemement about their horrible towing policy. There was essentially no response, and I have since moved out.

Terry:
I would like express my sincere disgust with the parking policies in place at the Alexan Congress Apartments in Austin.
I have been residing in the property for almost two years now, and have had multiple guests towed due to the extremely unclear parking regulations.
Not only do I believe that the regulations are unclear, but I believe that they unintentionally harm the parties they should be protecting; i.e. - Residents.
Multiple guests of mine have recently been towed due to the unclear and unnecessary regulations. I have paid for these guests to retrieve their vehicles, and have met with extreme disinterest and even rudeness while discussing the issue with management. Additionally, I would like to point out that my lease is up for renewal, and this policy is forefront in my mind while considering my options (as is management?s demeanor).
First of all, I would like to be reimbursed for my expenses ($130), and secondly, I suggest that TCR executives review the policy?s consequences versus their intentions. I believe that significant improvements could easily be made, which would enhance the propery?s livability.
